(Medford, April 10, 2020) – It is with a very heavy heart that after much discussion and deliberation of the leadership of both the Medford Parks and Recreation Foundation and the Rotary Club of Medford, the decision has been made to cancel the 2020 event.  With the ever growing concerns of COVID-19, state and local regulations and out of respect of the general health and protection of our contributors, donors and attendees, this seemed to be the best course of action.  The official announcement can be found here.

“We would like to express our most sincere thank you to our sponsors, exhibitors and volunteers for their continued support and understanding,” shared the event committee. Those that have already submitted payment or an auction item have the option to request a full refund or return of their item, or to allow this charity event to retain their gift in unwavering support of local youth scholarships and programs. While the event won’t occur this year, the need for immediate funding for critical support of kid’s programs is still very real, especially when they emerge from their current isolation and self-distancing from others. Financial gifts toward this effort can still be given by visiting the Parks Uncorked page at MEDFORDPARKSFOUNDATION.ORG.

Through your continued support, we will get through this together and look forward to an amazing event next year!
