Joe Brett, Media Professional
Joe arrived in Medford in 1984 as the Sports Director for KOBI-TV. In 1990 he became the Operations Manager for Rogue Valley Community Television hosted at Southern Oregon University. Joe also co-owns Table Rock Sports Productions; broadcasting local high school and SOU football and basketball games. Joe served five years on the Medford Parks Commission and after a two year break joined the Foundation as a founding board member.

Chad Cota, Business Owner
Chad Cota is a former professional American football strong safety in the NFL. He attended Ashland High School followed by the University of Oregon. He was drafted by the Carolina Panthers in the 1995 NFL Draft and went on to play for the Carolina Panthers, New Orleans Saints, Indianapolis Colts, and the St. Louis Rams over eight seasons. He retired in 2003 and is a Southern Oregon business owner including shared ownership in InfoStructure, a local Telephone & Internet provider .

Shelyea Belfiore, Banking Professional
Shelyea Belfiore has been a member of the Medford Parks & Recreation Foundation Board since September 2006. She has been involved in the American Cancer Society, Medford Relay for Life as the Accounting Chair (2004-2009) and formerly on the City of Medford's Art Commission (2004-2007) which she chaired from 2005-2007. Shelyea is a Rogue Valley native and a graduate of Lake Forest College. She works for a local community bank as the Manager of Analytics.

Rich Hansen, Retired Gov't Affairs Professional
Rich has been a member of the Medford Parks & Recreation Commission for the past two years and a Medford resident for over four years. An Oregon native, he is a graduate of oregonState and the University of Wisconsin. Rich worked 27 years for Shell Oil Co., in the public and government affairs division and is active in fundraising for St.Vincent de Paul and Kids Unlimited.

Anne Haworth Root, Business Owner
Anne is co-owner and general manager of Eden Valley Orchards, an historic orchard property and EdenVale Winery located in Medford, Oregon. Anne is a 1990 cum laude graduate of Southern Oregon University, where she was student body president and chair of the Oregon Student Lobby. As a Rotary Fellowship Scholar, her postgraduate studies were in the Master of Commerce program at Wollongong University in Australia, where she specialized in global marketing and competitive strategy. She serves on the Asante Finance Committee, Southern Oregon University Foundation board of directors, Medford Parks Foundation and other various community projects.

Ken Ogden, Architect - Partner ORW Architecture
A graduate of California Institute of Architecture, Ken has worked in the field of architecture for more than twenty five years. His areas of expertise are in programming and design of medical and educational facilities as well as high end custom residences, civic and government projects, recreation and entertainment facilities. He is active in many professional and civic organizations.

Craig Stone, Business Owner
Craig has been a member and chair of the Medford Parks & Recreation Foundation since its inception in 2005. A Medford resident for over thirty years, he is a graduate of California State Polytechnic University and is founder and president of CSA Planning, Ltd. an urban land use planning firm headquartered in Medford. He has been active in numerous community affairs both locally and regionally.
