Medford Sports Hall of Fame:
The Medford Parks & Recreation Foundation and Medford Linebackers are proud to host this very special Medford Sports Hall of Fame induction dinner event, once every five years.
Since 1961, the Medford Linebackers supported the Medford athletic facility needs as well as acknowledging those Medford area athletes that excelled in their given sport. In 2016, the Medford Parks and Recreation Foundation and the Medford Sports Hall of Fame committee, as a combined effort to keep Medford athletics in the forefront, teamed up to continue on the tradition of the Medford Sports Hall of Fame induction event, with a future vision of a Medford Sports Hall of Fame tribute to be constructed at U.S. Cellular Community Park.
The Nomination Process:
The Medford Sports Hall of Fame nominations committee has developed a form outlining the process to nominate an outstanding Medford athlete. Completed nominations forms must be emailed to email@example.com no later than May 5, 2017. You can pick up a nomination form at the Mail Tribune, Cascade Athletics, Jackson Creek Pizza, Parkside Café, or the Medford Parks and Recreation Santo Center, or you can download a copy here. The decision of inductees will be made by May 31, 2017.
