Dan and his family live in the Rogue Valley and have two children. They enjoy outdoor activities and family trips, are active in community sports, and want to be involved in their community's future. Dan currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Rogue Valley Foundation. Dan's practice focuses on land use, real estate transactions and the formation of business entities. His clients include individual, family and commercial property owners, property developers and agricultural companies. Dan works with clients to assist them in achieving their development goals. Specifically, he works with clients to obtain necessary land use permits that allow development of single family homes on resource zoned land, residential and commercial development and the establishment of commercial operations. Dan earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in urban planning from Western Washington University. He obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence from University of Oregon in 1994.
